The tennis courts, ball diamond, soccer field, and pavilion can be rented to Bayside residents.

Tennis Courts: $3/hour per court for Bayside residents; $6/hour per court for non-residents

Ball Diamond/Soccer Field: $40 daily rental fee + $200 returnable security deposit

Pavilion: $40 daily rental fee + $35 returnable security deposit
